Waikiki Vista is a student housing community. Proof of involvement in post-secondary education is required in order to process the housing application. Waikiki Vista Student Residences is a 19 floor, recently remodeled high rise. It is 3 minute walk from popular bus routes, and within walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores, the beach, and famous Kalakaua Ave.

Single means a private studio, double means shared with one other student.
