Kalo Terrace is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath apartment-style student residences. Choose between a single (private bedroom, shared common areas) or a double (shared bedroom, shared common areas).

Spring 2023 Term (January 7, 2023 to May 12, 2023)
Single Occupancy: 4 room installments of $1,089
Double Occupancy: 4 room installments of $838

Individual housing contracts, meaning you don't have to worry about finding roommates. We do it for you! And don't worry about flaky roommates falling short on rent and forcing you to pay more than your fair share. What you pay is predetermined and not dependent on your roommates!
