On site we offer Off-Street Parking with an Electric Car Charging Station. Each 1- bedroom unit will be assigned one parking permit while each 2- bedroom unit will be assigned two parking permits. In addition there are two handicap parking spots available for anyone who may need them. There will also be a 6’x8’ storage area available to each unit for storing bikes, decorations and the like. With a school bus shelter on site, your children will stay dry while awaiting the arrival of their school bus in the morning.
