Our townhome is in the lovely Greenbelt Station Neighborhood, a coveted community filled with an eclectic blend of students and families. We are very close to the University of Maryland - College Park campus, the Greenbelt Metro Station and 95, 295 and 495. The entire home is freshly painted, walls, base and window sills. The townhouse has two bedrooms plus a den that could be used as a bedroom. We have a family room on the first floor, that could also be a bedroom, situated with a powder room. The second floor is open plan living room with full eat-in kitchen and bar. The third floor has the primary bedroom with double walk-in shower, and double sink. The den, linen closet, washer and dryer and additional full bathroom are also on the third floor. We've just installed new, luxury vinyl tile in the hallway. The fourth floor is a second primary bedroom with a large walk in closet and full bathroom. The residence gets great daylighting as we are on the end. We have luxury vinyl floors on the first and second floor, extremely durable and great for pets and kids. We have carpet on the third and fourth floors. We have oil rubbed bronze hardware throughout and all windows have wood blinds for privacy. We built this house in 2019 and have been the only residents. We require security deposit, plus first and last months rent upfront. Pets are allowed at $100/month per pet. All utilities will be paid by the tenant. There is parking for a total of 4 vehicles, garage, driveway and two street spaces (parking placard must be visible or you will be towed).
This is a 12-month lease with option to renew. No subleasing allowed. All residents must be listed on the lease. Please notify me if any extended visitors (anyone visiting longer than four weeks).
Tenant will be responsible for trash removal, maintaining the aesthetic of the neighborhood according to the HOA, winterizing the water pipes and bibs, and keeping the exterior of the property near and clean, to include the balcony. The balcony is not to be used as a storage space.
