This property is within walking distance to a beautiful neighborhood park and is 1.4 miles from the Legacy Activity Center on Texas Drive. Tenants are responsible from placing utilities in their name by the start of their lease and maintaining them throughout their lease term. The landscaping is maintained by the HOA Landscape Department and is paid by the Owner. Owner pays the yearly HOA dues. This property is located in an age restricted community. Tenants must be 55 years of age to lease this home.

Owner will consider a dog at this property. Owner approval of pet is required prior to applying to lease this property.
