The minimum lease term required is 12 months. Tenants must be 55 years of age or older to lease this property. Smoking is not permitted in the interior or exterior of this home. The Owner pays the yearly HOA dues and the basic lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, and blowing). Anything more than the basic lawn maintenance will be up to the Owner. Tenants are responsible for the watering of the landscaping per the City of Georgetown water restrictions, the rent, pest control, renter's insurance and the utilities at the property.
