Tenants are responsible for the watering of the landscaping per the City of Georgetown water restrictions, the rent, pest control, renter's insurance and the utilities at the property. The refrigerator is the personal property of the Owner. Repair or replacement of this appliance will be up to the Owner and is not guaranteed. Tenants will be responsible for providing their own washer and dryer during a lease term.
The owner will consider a dog or a cat during a lease term. Owner approval of dog or cat is required prior to applying to lease this property.
