Radon disclosure:
As part of the inspections related to the sale of this condo, a radon gas test was performed. If the average radon concentration in a property tested is at or above 4.0 pCi/l, the EPA recommends mitigation. The radon tests results showed the condo's average radon level was above 4.0 pci/L.
The owner of the condo then hired a state certified radon mitigation company and that company installed a radon mitigation system, which has lowered the radon levels to close to the 4.0 average, but not below 4.0. The owner is currently in communication with the radon mitigation company and will continue to work on addressing this issue until the below 4.0 average is achieved. After additional work is done, a radon test will be performed to confirm that the average radon reading is below the EPA action limit of 4.0 pCi/l. In order to reserve the unit, the following would be required:
1) Each tenant and co-signer fill out and submit a credit/criminal background check application. The cost is $50/person. *If you have your credit frozen, please un-freeze it so we can run a credit check. If you fail to do so, an additional application fee will be applied.
2) Proof of income for 3x the monthly rental rate and a 650 minimum credit score, or a guarantor to co-sign the lease who meets these requirements.

Refundable Security Deposit: $1,850
Non-refundable Redecoration Fee: $650
Air Filter Fee: $120 (12 filters for the year)
