Cityscape Arts is the best of best. It is a small complex that really does have an actual sense of community feel. It is beautifully decorated and very well-kept. The office manager Vanessa is absolutely amazing. Like it is a genuine pleasure stopping by the office to chat. The noise is minimal, Im not certain but I think the apartments might be soundboarded. I live on the second floor and rarely hear my neighbor above me. Oh and can we say pet friendly! There is a nice little doggie area.
I have lived here for two years and came very close to moving because I wanted to rent a house. I changed my mind, the value and what you get are far superior to almost anything out there!

Earlier this year I moved in order to be closer to work, but if I couldve taken Cityscapes management and interior designs with me I would have. I also really miss the downtown view! You wont have to look any further for your new home and if you do, I promise this property will be the one you keep comparing everything else to.(: Staff is really sweet and it is very quiet! My unit faces away from the train so I rarely here it but no matter how close you are to a train track, you can hear it anywhere in Fort Worth so that should never be a deciding factor of if you should live here or not. I grew up living next to a train so hopefully soon I will get a unit that is in a location to where I can hear the train pass by. (I personally love the sound of the trains). Everything is brand new and beautifully designed. The entire staff is amazing as well! I am so excited to call Cityscape Arts my new home!
