Full access to kitchen (light cooking preferred), dining and living room, deck, washer, dryer. Whole house water purification system (Aquasana). Alcove with skylights off family room with French doors to deck. Ample parking space available. You always have parking in the driveway or on the street in front of the house.
This is a private bedroom. Bathroom will be shared with 1 nice male professional. I am looking for 1 person who respects others. Owner doesn't live there. Housemates are some nice male professionals.
Please: no pet, no smoking inside the house, no guests. Keeping quiet and cleaning up after yourself are expected. I can accept month-to-month but the required length of stay is 6 months or more. One-month deposit is required when moving in. Nice and quiet neighborhood, close to many parks.
