This is a quiet house, good place for studying or resting after work. All utilities and high-speed internet (Verizon Fios Gigabit) are included. Full access to kitchen (light cooking preferred), dining and living room, patio, washer, dryer, front yard, back yard and all common space in the house. Ample parking space available. You always have parking in the driveway or on the street in front of the house.
This is a very big master bedroom which has a private, spacious and recently renovated full bathroom, and a spacious closet area. Private thermostat is in the room (for your convenient adjustment). I am looking for 1 person who respects others. Owner doesn't live there.
Please: no pet, no smoking inside the house, no guests. Keeping quiet and cleaning up after yourself are expected. I can accept month-to-month but the required length of stay is 6 months or more. One-month deposit is required when moving in. Nice and quiet neighborhood, close to many parks.
