The owner covers water, sewer, and yard maintenance. Tenants are responsible for garbage, electricity, and cable. Wi-Fi is available, but tenants will need to purchase an internet booster at their own expense.
This is a one-year lease. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $500.
