Manager goes with whatever shes told by others and writes notices. Very nosey neighbors that harrass you if you dont agree with them. Management wont do nothing about the harrassment. Have a case at legal aid now. Parties every weekend with music so loud it rattles the walls. Screaming and drinking also. Rent has been increased 3 times in one year. Been living there for 4 years and each year theres a new manager even worse than the last one. When i moved in the rent was 850 a month with pet rent now its 1150 a month and increasing more in december. Maintence comes in as pleases. They came in one time saying my stove is broke took the handle off and never came back. My oven just flaps around. Oh and god forbid if u do have dogs and the neighbors dont like you they will complain that ur dogs bark at all while ur gone even if its once. I was told by the manager to shut my dogs up that they cant bark at all. Like hows that even commen sense to tell someone to make there dog stop barking ever even when ur not there. They tack on fees for everything. Be aware because if u dont keep record of everything they will make u shell out 1000s of dollars they claim you owe
