Started out great until it got sold to new owners and the staff at the office got replaced.The new staff decided to threaten us with eviction because our special needs child (who is only 3 mind you) and our 10 month old and 1yr old don't understand inside and outside voices yet. We finally left and they have now locked us out of our apt with our stuff inside of it and left thousands of dollars of tools of my husband's exposed to any one who was curious enough to look in the garage. And when we called them to ask them about it, they showed no remorse and tried to blame us for it. Seriously, do yourself and NEVER rent from them. Especially if you have a family with "bad kids" (as they referred to my children as)

Don't care about people that live here at all. Homeless patrol garbage cans nightly. No security. Stolen bikes nightly. Their answer...shoulder shrugs and make you feel like your fault and your problem...way to have empathy to the people that pay your wages. They changed staff 6 times but all of them are the same. Fake to your face. Can't describe how you should run away from this overpriced, cheaply made, poorly run facility. Great appearances, unfortunately that's how they get you in and that's all they care about. Can't tell you how many times I found hypodermic needles on kids playground, but I guess I should have done something about that too... They don't even wash towels in the workout room that is like 20 feet from their office. But their coffee is always full... funny that the things they use are always top notch maintenance. Seems like they only... care... about... themselves. Seems like the same tune throughout my whole post. Enjoy!!

First off i would like to say that the apartments are nice and it is a nice area as well. Very convenient. However, trying to get in contact with these people...good luck! They need to redo how they do the maintenance process and they need more people at the phones! I had an emergency where my cat got stuck behind the water heater. She was squished, hot of course and in a VERY tight spot. I called the office multiple times and got NO ANSWER! And the Maintenance office takes forever to call back! It took my husband and I half an hour to get her out by ourselves! 5 minutes after that, the maintenance calls. If we couldn't have gotten her out, she could've DIED. It's ridiculous that I have to pay what I do for rent and these people aren't doing their job....which is to sit and answer the phone!

The usual terrible apartment complex that tries to do anything they can to get money out of you, and do nothing to help the living conditions they are legally bound by. The management is such a joke. The walls are super thin and all the appliances are very poor quality. It looks like a nice place to live but it's a scam. I feel bad seeing people move in. I am breaking my lease after one month of living here. They also seem to buy a lot of fake reviews like the other scam apartment complexes in the area.

Very family friendly. Kid friendly - w/playground! Pet friendly - w/ pet areas offering "cleanup bags " on poles in several areas! Awesome Management, friendly staff! Rec center with plenty of room while being very cozy. Does not discriminate!!! "Snack/Treat" time for kids in The Office Area after school - popcorn, hot cocoa, etc. Also, has a pretty well equipped workout room, with access to ice cold water, plenty of towels and vending machines! Very nice place to live short or long-term!

I have had a terrible experience at your Heron Meadows apartments From my house being infested with ants for a 3-4 weeks before anyone actually showed up, to my washer not actually washing my clothes and me having to go to a laundromat for the first month I lived there because the apartment wasn't properly inspected/cleaned leaving a hose connected to the washer clogged. To my shower drain being clogged and not being able to use it without showering in my own filth for a week before maintenance actually came, to the dry wall inside the closets crumpling out from lack of proper sealant/cover to where my child to get to it to the udder-most disrespect that I have got from your office staff. I moved out because it was not only to expensive for the price you are charging when the quality and cleanliness of the place was WELL not worth it, to it just being a horrible experience with your staff. Now I'm getting charged for staining under a carpet on the pad that i was originally told would be carpet washed and was told I would be charged 65 dollars for to now being charged 860 dollars. I will spread the word about how terrible the quality, and the service about your management and apartment complex is.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. This place is awful. When we moved out they replaced our carpet with hardwood floors and then charged US for that upgrade. We also went in to pay those charges exactly 30days after they sent us that last bill of $1100 and they had already sent us to collections. Now our credit is affected and we have to pay a fee.

I live here and absolutely enjoy being here. The staff is awesome as well as the maintenance crew. I wasn't sure about living in an apartment but it's worked out well. The staff communicates well and helps resolve issues immediately as well when it comes to receiving mail they called me when my mail needed to have postage paid on it and told me where it was from and that the post office left me a note to pick it up, simply amazing. The maintenance crew works hard in maintaining the grounds and are very friendly.
