Duke 2 is designed for ultimate comfort and ease, requiring only your personal suitcase upon arrival.
Lease Details:
• We currently have a last minute promotional rate of $3,900 per month for the months of January to April 2026 only. The summer monthly rate from May to September 2026 is $5,600/month. The standard monthly rate from October 2026 to April 2027 is $4,700/month. Please let us know the exact dates (timeframe) that you are interested in leasing and I will provide an exact quote. We could also discuss an average fixed rate per month so every month would be the same rate based on the average of all monthly rates combined.
• Pool Access: Open from May through September; closed from October through April.
• Refundable Security Deposit equal to $4,700.
• Included Services: Internet, pest control, landscaping, trash, and pool services.
• Utilities: Water/sewer, power, gas are not included in the rent but can be added for an additional monthly charge based on lease terms.
• Pet Fee (if applicable): $500/pet.
• Minimum rent duration: 3 months.
• Maximum rent duration: 12 months at a time with the possibility of extension.
• No Section 8.
• No smoking allowed inside.
