Multi. flooding occurred in my apartment prior to moving. Bug infested. Mold. Unprofessional maintenance. Do your research. Their about rent(Increased yearly)not the well being of tenant. Only good thing is spacious apartment, plenty of parking and basically quiet area.

If I could give this a 0-Star rating I would. It used to be a quiet neighborhood and then I guess management changed or something because now it feels like I can barely leave my house without running into a problem. The newer tenants have destroyed property (cracked my windshield), loitering, sexual advances, and have made threats and the office could care less. Ive had to call police multiple times. They either need to do better at controlling the place or better background checks on their new tenants. The front office people arent necessarily the most friendly either. I wish I could say at least the rent is cheap, but its not. It just goes up every year. I would absolutely not recommend these apartments.
I love it out here it's very quiet and I haven't had any problems with my apartment.
