These apartments are probably the worst I've ever lived in. Had to Break my lease due to the neglect of them coming to fixed a caved in roof. Management picks and chooses what time to be in the office although "professional hours" are listed right outside the front door.

My experience is like the previously one. Moved in and the 2nd day boom roaches everywhere. Not 5-6 but 20-25. In my fridge and when you sleep. You can be laying in bed and then they are crawling on you. I came from an apt where I didnt have to deal with bugs at all and have to increase my rent this is ridiculous. The apartment dont care all they want is your money. My a/c goes out 3 times out the week, my roof caved in and they painted on my belongings. They lock you out, and tow your car even though you have a pass. It just horrible! Im warning you do NOT NOT NOT apply here. Beware!

Had to move out due to roaches y'all when I first moved over there everything was good but the roaches had taken over there was nothing they could do but spray n that caused them to come even more I had them in my refrigerator. The owner is terrible he hides please dnt move over there easy to get in but once ur in u will be miserable I moved to desoto ranch n I thank GOD y'all I thank God. Please move where ppl will respect u n honor u I mean u pay alot of money u worked hard for u move here u will regret it I hate I gave them a good review Should of waited to respond.

We went without air for almost a week and the lady in the office stated that they could only give us $40 to stay in a hotel. She later stated that she would credit out account and never did, She stop working in the office and the owner and new office manger refused to compensate us in anyway. the apartment when we first moved in as infested with roaches and they never sent anyone to spray for it. We had to go purchase products ourselves to exterminate to apartment. Bad customer service and they don't care about their tenants just getting their money. they never repair what you report.

Don't respond to issues timely & stated I abanoned my apartment when I was hospitalized & charged me for coming to move my own stuff out, during the time frame the lazy office manager had changed my locks. I had a heart attack. The manager judged me because I was African American, & wanted me out. But you let the open weed smokers stay! Shame on you!

The staff at Canyon Oaks are awesome. I recommend these Apartments to anyone.

Since AdriAna came to this property she has been a breath of fresh air. Everything that needs to be done in a timely fashion it has been great living here no drama, peaceful and I recommend if you want to live in Desoto this is a great place to live.

Well Mrs Gwendolyn people the lady is a great actor first she couldn't pay her rent yes took her to court but she did forget to mention that at court the judge asked me if i could do something to help her and i said yes i remember a program from Dallas County that helps you with up to 4 months rent and so i got all info for they paid all her past plus a rent in advanced to give her a chance to pay her rent when it was time for her after the 4 months Dallas county pd well here comes the month when she needed to pay and again she claim no money so as everybody know any where you live you can't live for free plus you will have late fees so then she was upset cause of late fees not my money to steal as she claims and also said made a commet being that ibam Hispanic that she was a U.S. citizen and had a passport and i laughed and said that makes 2 of us and thats why she never paid rent lived almost 5 months free wow i am sure many of us would have enjoyed living for free , but never did i steal what she never paid it was a Dallas program tgat paid and even after me offering and helping she got really ugly , she is just a lady with no maners at her age and likes to cause lots of problems and will always find an excuse for anything !!!! So anybother apts out there Good luck with her !!!!
