Horrible horrible place to live. Overcharged rent and over the top fees left and right. Complete and total lack of parking for tenants or guests. 2(!!!!!!) Guest parking spots for the ENTIRE BUILDING. Vehicles are routinely illegally towed with proper stickers, mine included. I've been towed out of my own spot that I pay 110$ a MONTH for with my proper stickers. Power outages are frequent because they don't believe in updating anything but aesthetics to make you believe it's a classy place. Prime example being the 30yo heater ac units (mine has mold inside, uncleanable so I've had to leave it off. Developed a respiratory infection before discovering.) Or the laundry system which is an independent companies card based failure. You lose your card, tough luck - do your laundry somewhere else. Staff takes 2 days to do anything about any situations at all, including never responding to emails. Worst. Place. Ever.

They opened this place a year early so luckily for us we heard hard banging on the roof for months! It was so lovely waking up at 8am to constant pounding for hours. Unassigned parking you are screwed on bronco game nights and street cleaning days. Plan to walk a lot of blocks unless you want to pay $100/month for an assigned space. Imagine they get $100/month x 100 spaces giving them $120,000 annually but they were so cheap didn't even asphalt the old hotel parking lot. DO expect to hear your neighbors slamming a lot of doors, loud bass music pumping in the hallways, and sub par washing machines that did the bare minimum.

Had a good 6 month experience in the 339 sq ft studio. The management and maintenance staff did a good job and were friendly. The noise levels on the 5th floor were acceptable and the walls are thick making noise from neighbors less perceptible. Although it is not sound proof, the main door has no sweep so there is a small open slit between your room and the hallway, so the stairway door can sometimes be heard. Also, through the balcony windows, noise can penetrate easier than the concrete walls so the cars in the highway can be heard somewhat, although this becomes a non-issue as you go higher in the building. Overall, I usually did not have a problem going to sleep, although like most apartments your neighbors still play an important role. When the lease ended, the management was fair about the security deposit. The gym provides all one needs for cardio and working the major muscle groups. Unassigned parking can be tight at times but there is ample street parking for those willing to walk (just pay attention to street sweeping times). For bikers, there is a Safeway accessible through back-roads, and there is easy access to Platte-River trail. Pests are unlikely to be a problem, because of the solid concrete walls, and were not for me during my stay. Cooking aficionados should be aware that there is no stove or oven, only a hot-pot and microwave and perhaps uncharacteristically a dishwasher. There are 2 common areas which, when unoccupied, I often used as an alternative work environment, although they seemed primarily intended as a place to socialize. Overall, I would recommend the studio to individual occupants looking for a minimalist but clean and positive environment.

This has been a great place to live! The office staff is personable and professional. Maintenance takes care of any issues within 24 hours and even calls you to follow up. The residents are outgoing and friendly.
