I have a room available in a house that I own. I live upstairs, the one available for rent is downstairs. I’m a 32 year old male that works from home in the tech industry, loves the outdoors, cooking, snowboarding, and hanging out with friends. I keep the place clean, respect privacy, and am easy going. There’s one person that has claimed one of the rooms in the basement who is also 32 years old and is a private violin instructor. He also has 2 cats. Utilities including wifi/internet will be fixed at $100/month so $895/month total. Security deposit is $500. The bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, living area, and fenced backyard are shared. Pets are welcome with additional $200 deposit and monthly pet rent of $35/month/pet. I’d want to make sure they are compatible with the cats. There’s plenty of street parking with no restrictions. I’m looking for someone to move-in today but i’m flexible on the actual move-in date! I’m in South Thornton 84th and Washington, 10 minutes north of downtown, 3 minutes from the closest rail station (N line), and i’m within 5 minutes to all major highways of Denver: interstates 25, 76, and 270 and highway 36 to Boulder.
