The leasing office agent was very nice and answered all of my questions. The problem I had with the community was how run down...
The leasing office agent was very nice and answered all of my questions. The problem I had with the community was how run down it looked and the apartment itself. The model unit smelled of mold and mildew. The shower head only came up to my shoulders like a cheap motel. And on top of that, they informed me that the newly renovated units would no longer have dishwashers and would instead replace that space with a 2-in-1 W/D - a feature that was already included in the units. I really didn't see anything valuable about living here at the price they were charging. $1,400 for that can be had in much nicer areas with better amenities.

I have lived at Boulder Crossroads for over a year. I have seen so many positive changes. Nancy and the girls in that office have been so helpful to me. I recently transferred to a new unit and I love the upgrades! The staff has always been so kind and helpful. I have also recommended this place to my family and friends. I know they try so hard to keep this a safe place for me to live.
