Only been here for 5 months, but for the price you pay, it's pretty on point. The amenities are all pretty moder. Two different things a/c units, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom. Within walking distance to several different bars and coffee shops. The management in the office is super accommodating, and will help you with anything you need. The only down sides to this place that I see or that other people complain about are very small, insignificant flaws, like the arrow lights in the elevator not working, the pool can get pretty crowded, and Charlie browns across the street can get a bit rowdy late at night, but none if it takes away from living here.

They changed their autobill system and I thought I was covered. But I wasn't and now I am paying a $100 late fee. They also want me to pay $40 pet rent for my service animal. Everything is very cheaply made and falls apart in the place. They are only in this for the money. Not luxury.
