Talison Row is set on Daniel Island with many areas to walk to. We do like living here although the quality of maintenance has gone down. Folks are not picking up after their dogs and we are down to just 1 maintenance guy. There is yet to be a groundskeeper. It would help to have this property fully staffed. There have been no more events for a long time. When they do have it, it is very rare. The only event we had this year was St Patty's. Robert has been very helpful and doing his best to keep up with the buildings here. Communication is still lacking with the exception of Robert, he is a gem. We have a new CM so hoping to see improvements.

These are wonderful, affordable apartments within the Daniel Island area to live in. The amenities are also nice. A lot of people try to get community events going here (Which, in all honesty, never really get off the ground), but it's nice management lets residents host their own events. The area is surrounded by entire neighborhoods that you get to walk around for hours. All in all, living in Daniel Island was very nice and the management / maintenance here were very helpful. My only gripe with the apartment complex was that breaking my lease was not easy by any means, and there were added fees that did not make sense.

I love this community!! The new office staff has been amazing! Robert the leasing agent is knowledgeable and very understanding, hes always patient with me and my husband. Kayla is the new property manager and every one of my interactions with her have been incredible. Cant forget about Maintenance! We have a groundskeeper!! He has been so helpful, Im so glad I renewed.

We have been living at Talison Row for a little over 2 years now and we absolutely love it! The floor plans are spacious and modern; the amenities are beautiful including a fantastic pool and the gym; and the rents are hands down the best in all of Daniel Island. Since we've been living here, there has been a management change and the new team is like a breath of fresh air. Not only are there are many new improvement projects underway, but the new manager and his team are friendly, courteous, and incredibly attentive to our concerns. The maintenance team is also top notch, downright THE best I've ever seen in any apartment I've lived in, almost always fixing things within a day or two of submitting a request. We could not have asked for a better place to move to as our first home in South Carolina having moved from the west coast. 2 years so far and most likely many, many more!
