As I was on a search for my new home I then came across Villas De Monterey. Finally something that had availability for what I needed! Talked to one of the leasing agents Kenny and she was a great help and answered all my questions. When I went into the office I then spoke to Betty she was very professional and she got everything done with no hesitation. She stayed moving just to get everybody situated. Moving in I did need a little bit work done and maintenance came and handled with no issue. Just the whole staff and maintenance all together. They are very helpful and determined to make their residents happy.

Please dont waste your time or money here. They have the worst application process, the worst office staff, just overall awful. Not only is it literally impossible to contact them with the phone numbers provided, but they took 3 weeks to even contact us about our application and when they did it was always can you send me this again for three days in a row. We were told on 4/8 that we would receive a call from the manager on Monday 4/11 and never heard from this so called manager. This place is poorly managed so if you dont want to waste your time or money, go down the street theres about 5 more that will actually contact you. I wasted my money and time and hope you dont do the same!

Im so disappointed at this place. I being 3 days with no water in this inclement weather. I already contact the city please be very cautious before you move in . The office is always close and the emergency number doesnt work
