The best thing I ever did was move out. The only good thing about these apartments is that they do free cable.thats if they are still doing that but get ready for a lot of roaches and the heater on in the summer time and the ac on in the winter time because it was always a problem with that, you do not control the ac in a all bills paid apartmentps get ready to hear gun shots every night like the Fourth of July

Roaches everywhere, they do send someone to fumigate every month, but we are so infested that NOTHING works. We have even done it ourselves...

Roaches everywhere, they do send someone to fumigate every month, but we are so infested that NOTHING works. We have even done it ourselves twice a month, plus the obligated fumigation from them and we DO NOT see a difference. We were without electricity from 10ish AM to 6:40 PM one day and the next day from 11ish AM to 8:30AM the next day... We called and left messages numerous times and there was no answer nor a call back from the manager. Our calls were answered twice by God knows who and said they were gonna leave msgs for the manager or maintenance and NOTHING... Always having issues with the toilets my apartment flooded 2 or 3 times already and NO BODY came in to help out... Lady at the office is extremely rude she lacks customer's service manners..
