PETS WELCOME! Small dogs up to 30 pounds require an additional refundable deposit of $300, and large DOGS and CATS require a $500 additional refundable deposit plus $63/mo pet rent per animal. (Max four pets, max one cat, no aggressive breeds). There is an additional non-refundable Screening Charge for animals ($30 per pet if paid by credit card, or $25 by ACH payment, no charge for service animals).
