The greatest place to live period that's coming from someone whose been here almost 4 years, the community is great the security has gotten better the landscaping has gotten better, they are prompt on maintenance calls, and they make an effort to be social Everytime they see you, they answer your emails same day, laundry room is immaculate, the sauna, the gymnasium are also incredible amenities that are well maintained, we also have a pool and Jacuzzi, with little but still relevant handicap access did I mention we're close to all the stores and bus stops. People are good the price is decent the vibe is all family.

Brookwood is unlike other apartment leasing practices. There is no artificial intelligence communicating via email or scheduling viewings. Five stars is for the care, communication and follow through provided by Priscilla during the leasing process. She and the manager Karla were knowledgeable and efficient. They are easy to talk to and request communication anytime there is a problem . All layouts and availability were openly discussed. Brookwood is a 130 unit diverse and pet friendly community. It is equipped with a pool, sauna, workout room and community laundry areas. There is even a small dog park. The units are surrounded by potentially beautiful courtyard styled gardens. Some areas are currently in need of improvement and being updated. The occasional outdoor laundry hanging from a balcony can be distracting. Don't let that deter you. Brookwood is welcoming and family friendly. The units have plenty of interior storage and nice size balconies. There is covered parking. The area is well lit. All your shopping needs,restaurants, car servicing and opportunities to socially gather are close by.

I appreciate this very much!!. This area is very cool especially in summer because there are many trees. In addition, I also love the swimming pool and gym area. It would be great if there were heavier dumbbells eg 50 lbs, 60 lbs,.. then I wouldn't have to go out to the gym anymore :). more than 5 stars for this wonderful place :)

I did some work in these condos recently and discovered interesting floorplans and layouts. There are some with single car garage doors that are gigantic inside as they take up the whole footprint of the first floor. They have made laundry rooms as compact as possible and stairmaster a thing of the past. I don't see anyone over 60 moving in with all these stairs.

I liked that we had a nice walking path and pool. I, especially enjoyed the lounging areas. Overall, I enjoyed living at Brookwood Apartments. It felt very safe.

We've lived in this apartment for a year and were extremely happy there. If we didn't need to move closer to work, we would stay.
The managers are very responsive to any problems. Tiffanie and Anna are both very sweet and helpful and treated us like family.
The finishes in our apartment were fairly basic, but we were also only paying $1360/ month and we did not get an increase when our 1 year lease was up.
The improvements on the clubhouse and throughout the complex are beautiful and I wish we could be there to enjoy them more.
The complex is very quiet and pretty in general, but if you can help it, try to get a unit further back from Arrow Hwy to eliminate road noise if you like to keep your windows open.
We never had a problem with parking for guests since they could usually find street parking.

I've lived at the Brookwood Apartments for 1 year now. I've had no problems while living here and my experience has been great. The complex is clean, quiet and kept up very well. That was the first thing I noticed the first time I came here. I looked at many different apartment complexes and this one definitely stood out. That hasn't changed in the year that I've been here. The complex is kept up nicely, I've never had any issues with parking, or any issues with neighbors or noise.
I've had a couple of small maintenance requests that were both fixed quickly and efficiently. When my air conditioner stopped working during the summer I put in a maintenance request and my air conditioner was replaced with a new one just a few days later. Recently my garbage disposal was having issues and that was fixed promptly after I submitted my request.
Tiffinie, the apartment Manager is amazing. She's super friendly, approachable and has always had great communication. Any time I've had a question or wanted to speak to her about something she has always responded right away with answers or assured me that the issue would be taken care of ASAP. I've always been been able to reach her easily whether it was via email, phone or in person.
If I didn't have to move for work in a few months I would be more than happy to stay here. I highly recommend living here.

I have enjoyed living here for over 2 years. The staff are always very attentive to my needs. The grounds are kept up well and it is very rare that anything goes wrong in my apartment, but when it does Maintenance have always taken care of the problem in a timely manner.

Must have changed a lot since i live there 4 years ago, the place and grounds were always immaculate as were the Jacuzzi and pools. I must say that Anna is a charm and was very helpful. Seems like the new people bought their own problems...eg uncontrolled children and insects.
