I lived here all four years of college, mainly for the convenience. There were a few pros: * Close to campus. It is super convenient, especially if most of your classes are on West Campus. I had friends who lived close to campus (on the NG side) and paid $300-$400 more than what I paid here. *Layout: Common area is big, and you get your own bathroom *Bus stop: There's one on the side and at the front *Gym: One of the few renovations they've done that is actually super nice. It is a lot bigger and has a bunch of new equipment. *Furnished Cons: *It isn't really kept in the best condition. The net at the volleyball court is usually always broken. Pool is green half the time during the summer. I looked at a broken lamp post for almost a month from my bedroom before they had it fixed. Half the lights in my building do not work (and haven't worked since I moved in back in 2014) so it's a little scary when you are female and you come home at dark. *They do not monitor the buildings at all. There is always trash outside people's doors. And I don't mean 1-2 bags that are gone the next day. I mean like 6-8 bags that sit there for weeks. My neighbors would keep up to 7 bags of trash outside their door at a time and it was gross. There is currently a milk jug (with milk in it) sitting outside that's been there for 3 weeks now.... *The apartments look nothing like the model they renovated last year. They did add new laminate floors last summer and upgraded appliances, but everything else is still the same. When I renewed my lease last year, I was under the impression they would be renovating the whole complex the following summer...nope *Security: They fixed the gates, and there's a security guard Thursday-Saturday night. But there's still multiple ways for people to get in. You can just park in the front, and walk through the clubhouse/walkway by the club house to access the gym, pool or another apartment. Last year, a frat (on two occasions) took over the pool. They even were charging people to get in and were blasting loud music. My roommate and I called the office to complain (it was after hours and we had to contact the emergency line) and when we got in contact they said there was nothing they could do and to just call the cops for a noise complaint. *The clubhouse got renovated, and it's not my fave. It is very gaudy and extravagant (to go with the new London theme I guess). But no one really used the clubhouse to begin with and the Starbucks coffee machine they have in there doesn't even work half the time. I honestly preferred its old look. It was a lot more homey and welcoming. This place isn't a horrible place for college kids to live in. The price could be cheaper, and they do charge a lot for utilities, but it's not the total worst. There is definitely a lot that they could improve on. It also depends on the year. I've had years where maintenance was slow and the front office couldn't care less, but I've also had years where they're great. It just depends who is working, and because it's mainly college kids there are always new people.

Would never recommend this place to anyone. Pluming was always a huge issue with me and my 3 other roommates, and there always seemed to be something wrong with the restroom either the shower wouldn't make any hot water or the toilet would just clog unexpectedly and repeatedly. Internet also seemed to crash fairly often especially closer to finals time. The main office never seems to be organized to a point where they actually lost one of my roommate lease, another time they messed up our billing twice where they double charged us on utilities, and maintenance always took an incredible amount of time to look at the issue then even longer to go fix it. Just look for an another place to live this place is worth $200 a month and that's being nice.

Ive had nothing but a positive experience living at the London! I think its the best place to live for students because the location is really close to campus and the prices are as good as it gets. The new management has definitely upped their game and the new updated clubhouse and gym are so nice and super cute! Everyone in the office that Ive talked to has been really friendly and helpful!!

Contrary to the dismay many other reviews here seem to express, I have had nothing but a positive experience with this apartment complex throughout my year living here. The management has always been attentive and efficient concerning any problems I brought to their attention. Notably, one of their staff members named Emily has been of utmost assistance of a large majority of questions I had both during the leasing process and on. Highly recommend these apartments to any students who are looking for a convenient location near campus or just some looking for quality affordable apartments.

Signed my 12 month lease last fall and I can honestly say that I have enjoyed every bit of it. The staff is friendly and maintenance is quick to respond. They have also renovated the club house which now provides residents with a coffee bar, fitness center, study area, and library. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone in the College Station area.

I wish there was a way to give these guys a ZERO for stars. Here's a warning for anyone looking to live here: "Don't do it!" As if having two airheads always working the front desk isn't bad enough, they reel you in with the "good deal prices," but never tell you how they slowly increase the rate, slipping in added fees that you aren't aware of because they think students are too lazy to check over everything. They'll even say, "Oh, that was a mistake! I'll call our manager about it and we'll give you a call back soon." And when they say "soon" they mean, never, unless you hound them consistently over the phone. Not to mention, the AC units always break (I know five other residents with this problem as we speak), and the inside of the rooms are filthy. Some of them may be a little doable with a bit of touching up, but things break very easily here, and maintenance does not give a dang unless you go directly to management. You have to constantly call them or go in person to speak with them directly in regards to an issue. Toilets break easy too, here. DON'T even get me started on the pest problem. Just please, save yourself the trouble, and invest your time and money someplace else. They prettied up the place to make it look inviting in the front, show you a fake room of how "your room will look like in about a month or so," and then when you sign the deal, you are presented with a run-down, filthy, old complex to spend your college year in!

Best place ever! I am living here since January, and probably will continue here for 4 years of PhD. This is the first place I live when coming to USA and I definitely love this awesome place! If not being so demanded then you can find those listed advantages of place bellow: Landscape is just beautiful, quiet (far away high speed roads), green (not feeling like living in a concrete box of room like other new resident areas). Room are spacious and fully furnished. Many amenities (modern and large fitness center, lovely large swimming pool with barbecue station, basket ball, beach volleyball, tennis, spacious library and 2 more quiet rooms for study, free coffee and chocolate, free printing and computer access, free high speech wifi, etc.) They're trying to improve and serve residents better day by day! Staffs are awesome, they remember name of residents (specifically, my name even it's hard to pronoun which make me feel so happy). They care for your requests really quick and efficient, treat you with full of respect and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Strongly highly recommended for anyone out there want to find a place to live while far away home!

I have lived here for two years now and have had consistently unprofessional and frustrating experiences with the management. The two things this place has going for it are its proximity to campus and the floor plans of the actual apartments themselves, which are decent enough that we've suffered through all of the other issues. Maintenance is slow to come fix problems and the package pick-up system is a mess. Our A/C has been working poorly for the past two months and we have called maintenance out two to three times to fix it, and each time they have told us "there's nothing we can do". Don't be fooled by the recent re-branding- they have only updated the clubhouse (with a ridiculous, gaudy and extravagant style, what a waste of money) and I have seen no improvements done to any of the actual apartment buildings. Most recently, they passed on the extra cost of an issue with the water billing company to their residents (an extra $35 charge) rather than absorbing it themselves or requiring the water billing company to absorb it, as it was a mistake between those two parties, not on the part of the residents. Whenever I call the office for help with an issue, it's rare that anyone seems to understand what's going on. I attribute this to poor communication on the part of management. And the office will occasionally, randomly close with no prior notice given to residents. My roommate and I have managed to make our space a home in spite of all these things, but I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a positive living experience close to campus. I'm moving out in July and can't wait.

But once they decided to spend money to completely renovate the office instead of the actual apartments, I realized they really don't care about their residents. They would rather trick people into signing than actually make it a nicer place to live. Also like other reviews have said, they mislead me into thinking I was getting a good price, where one of my roommates that signed up a week before school started is now paying 150$ less a month than I am.

Better Double Check Your Lease Rate Once You Sign We signed a lease toward the end of February with them after completing a tour on a Saturday. I called again Sunday to confirm the rate of $379 per month for the 4 bedroom floor plan and completed the application the same day. By time they finalized the lease agreement, the rate had changed to $399. I know $20 does not seem like a lot of money, but to a full-time student who is working their way through college, that is four to six more hours of work on top of school and projects. Every hour and dollar matters. When I contacted the front office, I was told by the manager that this sometimes happens and the rates are higher once you complete your lease. POOR experience so far and most of the reviews are correct, poor management.

The tour ended with an unwanted, too detailed, annoying 30 minute slideshow about how the company chose the place's designs and pictures of their other apartments around the world. SO POINTLESS and the biggest waste of my time. ON TOP OF THAT, at the end when we talk about signing, he FINALLY says, "Oh, we don't have any more semester/ 6 month leases, so you'll have to go with a full year." So basically, not only was the presentation a waste of time, but so was the whole stinkin' tour. Way to go District on Luther.

Under no circumstances should you ever consider living here. Horrible management. Apartments falling apart. I was displaced out of my apartment for over 3 weeks because of a massive ceiling leak and placed in a hotel. When i asked them to reduce my rent since i couldnt live in my apartment for three weeks they responded with, we believe the accommodations we are providing are more than adequate. On top of that, the debris and trash the workers left when they were cutting out the water damaged walls and ceiling was ridiculous. When i asked for a cleaning crew to come and clean it out i was given a sure! Theyll be out there on Friday. No cleaning crew ever came and i ended up cleaning everything. Dont fall for the cheap rent and renovated clubhouse. Save yourself time and anguish and live anywhere else than here.

I lived in this complex for two years. The management never knew what was going on. I would ask them about maintenance requests or my rent and they never knew the answers to any of that. They would give me attitude about having to hand me my mail (even though it was always dropped off at the front office because of their policy). The gates never worked. Maintenance never took care of anything on time. We were without a dryer for a month and a half. During our last few months of living there, they decided to update our unit. They would send an email saying the flooring or the kitchen or anything else would get renovated on a specific day, but it always took a week longer than that. I once came home and they told me I couldn't get to my room because they had just changed the flooring. When I contacted the front office about it requesting my rent be lowered (since I wasn't getting to be in my apartment throughout the entire month that I paid for), they ignored me. They could have at least contacted me back saying no. Don't waste your money.

The second time she threatened to kill me a couple of months. I called the cops and notified my other roommate, who moved out immediately. But when I requested to be moved for my safety and so I could follow a recommendation given by the police to never be alone with her again? Nothing. Its been a few days. I was told there are other residents looking to be moved and, while theyre working on it, Id just have to wait. I dont understand. Doesnt the threat of violence in an empty apartment I cant step foot into put me at the top of that list for emergency reasons? Ill never recommend this property again. As I said before. Not even if it was free. UPDATE: Only after contacting their corporate office in Austin did I finally get moved into a different unit A WEEK later. I finally received a phone call on Friday, January 26th. Any and all correspondence afterwards was swiftly ignored. Please spread the word and don't lease here. It's cheap, but not worth it.

DONT STAY HERE! 1st off the roommate matching is horrible! I was an incoming freshman and they put me in an apartment with a grad student from Asia who spoke a different language. She moved out in the middle of my lease, so I lived alone my second semester. when she moved out my utility bill doubled and they told me i was responsible for it bc I'm the old one living there so i was paying to sac the whole house but they locked her room so i was paying to ac an empty room. I was never there i constantly went home and stayed at friends I basically used the apartment as storage due to my roommate situation. Then when summer came around I moved out because i didn't want that utility bill. i paid out my contract they reassured me there would be no additional charges then in July they charged me damages and wouldn't give me my deposit back. they said the living room had damages and my bathroom was dirty. I was never in my living room that was my roommates damages. I cleaned everything spotless in hopes for my deposit back! I refused to pay it and they put it on my credit. Is there any way to put no star? Because it is extremely bad. They lied every time, from the manager to the representative. 1. They let me move in a room which was not clean and without lights. 2. They always promise a lot but did not do it. I talked with the office manager in person to see her wrote down every single issue, but it never got fixed for over a month. 3. They put wired amounts on my account without any notice or bills. 4. They told me to fix any issue by appoint with them and visit them in person, which is very inconvenient. 5. As is mentioned in other reviews, dirty and price are the most common issue that are annoying. 6. They will always tell you to call their number. When you do it, they only told you that they transferred the message to XXX and that is what they could do. They could not help any further. The conclusion is that don't choose here if you wanna keep a happy life. I am very frustrated by the service here, and their attitude. Sometimes I am even thinking about to throw these thousands of dollars and move out. It is sad!

Zero stars would be more appropriate. Our daughter moved in to a 3 bedroom apartment with friends in August 2016. The apartment was filthy and her bathroom was flooded with approximately 2 inches of water. We could not get any help from the office. After driving 3 1/2 hours, we spent 2 hours cleaning up water and cleaning the rest of the apartment. Our daughter constantly had problems getting things fixed. Our daughter returned to her apartment for a weekend in June, but had to stay at a hotel because of all the roaches in her apartment. They were everywhere. Upon moving out, we received an invoice from The District, stating that we were being charged $100 to have stained carpet replaced (Which was pretty nasty when we moved in).The stain was located under the bed, which we never moved, so we did not see it when we moved her in. So if you do move in to the district, make sure you move all the furniture and inspect the carpet or flooring. I could go on and on about all the problems we've had at this place. Don't rent here... Keep looking.

*UPDATE* 9/15/17 *Please respond to new message* Our disposal has broken 4 times in the past 2 months. PLEASE fix it! My roommates and I are begging you! It is extremely important to us because a broken disposal attracts fruit flies. Since we have lived here, we have had several horrific fruit fly invasions. It has been like World War III. The memories still haunt me at night. Thousands, possibly millions filled our home, our beds, our showers, our pantries. As we ate our meals, they would launch a kamikaze attack and land in our food and become part of the meal. As we opened our eyes in the morning, fruit flies would shoot themselves, like missiles, into our eyeballs. We fought the fruit flies through blood, sweat, and tears. Like weary soldiers, we always made it out the other side. When we asked the maintenance man, "Sir, how can we prevent these abominable creatures from returning?" He said, "Keep your disposal clean." This is why it has become our mission to get our disposal fixed. THEY ARE RETURNING. Please Maintenance...we need you.

Upon learning that my son and his roommate would not be re-leasing, The District decided to upgrade the apartment with new appliances, etc right before move-out.That's fine, but charging me $140 for unwarranted cleaning expenses is not fine. I personally saw the apartment before move-out. It looked perfectly fine other than a few touch-up painting which should be considered cost of doing business. Regardless, it was not $140 worth. The attempts of my and I to discuss this with management failed as no correspondence was ever returned. All that received was an invoice with a kindly reminder that unpaid invoices would go into collections if not paid. I paid in a timely fashion, so they have received their payment in full. I hope that investors enjoy the extra $140 bonus. I cannot in good faith recommend this property to people I know

We have put in three or four maintenance requests about the leak under the sink, leak from ceiling, and mold on air vent and they still haven't came. Please safe yourself time and just don't live here. Park West is right next door and is 50x times better and the price is only a little higher.

I cant give these anything higher than one star. I would like the apartments to have a chance to address concerns. I moved into a 3 room apartments with my friends a few days ago. I didn"t expect them to be perfect but, I think I expected them to be in a little better condition. The apartment was pretty filthy. They have new flooring and appliances which is nice but there are more things than I expected that need immediate attention. We submitted work orders to have items addressed. So far, no one has bothered to contact us. Here is a list of a few items that need immediate attention. 1. BATHROOMS - Two of the bathrooms were really dirty. Mine is reminiscent of a truck stop gas station bathroom. Both the sink and the bath tub drain are clogged. The tub is in serious need of being re-tiled and it is filthy. The tub tiles move when they are touched. The caulk is cracked and broken and falling off. The light fixture in my bathroom is covered in rust. 2. BEDROOM CLOSETS - barely able to open and close because tracks and hardware are jacked up. 3. KITCHEN PANTRY - the door is broken and leaning against the wall. 4. The light bulbs were missing from the light fixture. 5. There was no filter in the AC. I opened work orders to get these and a couple of other things addressed several days ago. I will provide an update in a week or two...

I've had my ups and downs in my experience while living at the District for three years, but overall it has been positive. Every time I've had an issue or complaint, I would just talk to someone in the office and it would be cleared up in a timely manner. There have been significant improvements over the last few months as far as appliances, flooring, and landscaping. There was one crazy Saturday night fraternity/sorority pool party last spring around finals time that got out of hand and the police showed up. Also, after my friends paid to rent two meeting rooms for their ring dunk party, one of the girls who worked at the District just came in with a bunch of her friends and took over one of the rooms for her own use. There wasn't much we could do because that was the same girl who makes the room reservations. Despite all this, I have enjoyed living at the District because of the reasonable price and good location along the bus route.

I am the guarantor for my daughter at this apartment. The following are signs that you should be aware and possibly look somewhere else to live: 1) New lease; therefore rent is due on 8/1, but apartment #'s are not assigned until the complex has cleaned vacancies from 7/31. I was told that I and my daughter would be notified of the assigned apartment # via email. That never happened. I finally made the payment online via their website on 7/31 as an ACH to my bank account for free and that is when it popped up with an apartment #. If you make a payment with a credit card they will charge an amount that is conducive to the complex. 2) My daughter and roommate signed up for a 4 bedroom unit @ $499 (according to the apartment complex that was a special with no fees in November 2016); therefore the apartment would assign two other roommates to the 4 bedroom apartment utilizing the roommate preference questionnaire that was submitted by my daughter and her roommate. The apartment complex assigned my daughter and her roommate into two separate apartments and now the 4 bedroom is going for $395. I think the assignment fiasco has been corrected but not the charged rent of $499 vs $395. 3) Be fore warned on the required apartment insurance that you will have to purchase in order to live at this apartment that will over cover mainly the apartment so called fixtures within the apartment. 4) This is the first and will not be the last apartment that my daughter and her roommate will encounter in their adult life. These apartments are a dime a dozen in College Station, so hopefully I have shared some information that will alert someone of potentially repeating the same negative experience that we have encountered with this apartment.

They promised fitness classes (that never happened the entire year)! You can paint your walls in your bedroom & maybe even enjoy their luxurious pool. Except if the gates aren't working. Which was the entire second semester I was there. Because if the gates aren't working, massive high school parties where THE COPS HAVE TO SHOW UP will happen at the pool. If the party is crashed, then everybody will just move to the streets of the complex. I came home one Saturday afternoon through the front gate to get to my apartment, well unaware of the large party going on. Me, just wanting to get home so I could eat and go back to studying for finals, tried to weave my way through the mess only to be trapped by a series of cars parked in the middle of the street and behind me. I was there for a good 30 minutes, with people surrounding my car, dancing on it, and laughing at my predicament. I was outraged. Upon arrival, I had already seen police cars in the front, so they were already well aware of what was happening, but not once did I see one come to my aid. I was scarred mostly, and was pretty convinced I would never make it through, before finally a few of the aware party go-ers managed to get people who were blocking my way to move. I had to leave the premises and enter through the back exit which shouldn't even be an entrance in the first place. I think what pissed me off as the cherry on top was that, as we still had a good month left on our lease, they forced us to move all of our articles out of the living and dining room so they could replace the floors WHILE WE WERE THERE. It would have been fine if they told us what day and exact time, but they gave us a very general set of dates: in between 7/17-7/31 in between the hours of 8am - 7pm. How would you feel about not being able to even live in your own common area the way you want for that period of time that you paid for? Also, they have ridiculous cleaning requirements when you need to move out. Was my appartment clean when I moved in? Well there was excess flooring tiles in my bathtub when I arrived so that sums it up. Oh and remember how I meantioned you can paint your bedroom walls? Don't. They'll find something wrong with the way you primed them after the fact & charge you a $100 fee. Just don't with this complex.

I called the office several times to see how much my daughters rent was so I could pay it before move in and I can't get a call back. The office is also closed when it is supposed to be open and they told my daughter it was because they are overwhelmed with all of the new people moving in. WHAT?!?!?! i sure hope they decide to be open the day I drive a Uhaul down there with her belongings.

Overall, I do not think this place is even worth the price although it is cheaper than most. It is very old and they are constantly making promises of upgrades and changes to attract students- it's not true. Also, my card to get into my own apartment deactivated itself at least 20 times during my 9 months living there and a few of them being when I was coming home late at night from work and spent an hour waiting on someone to help me get into my apartment because they use like hotel access cards as house keys. Do NOT live here! This place is absolutely horrible: there are roaches in the bathrooms, which management refuses to do anything about; the back gate to walk in breaks down EVERY SINGLE DAY and they absolutely refuse to fix it so you get stuck outside everyday and either have to wait for someone to let you in (up to an hour) or jump the fence. The actual apartments are disgusting, there's mold in the kitchen and the bathrooms, and the furniture is so old that it has started to smell bad. Any area that is supposed to have grass is actually full of mud and dog poop instead. Management is so two-faced, they pretend to write down whatever problem you're having and promise to fix it, but they never ever will. And they raise their prices and utility rates every year. Absolutely not worth it to live here! P.S. Any positive reviews you read on here are BOUGHT! They send out emails promising goodies to people who are willing to lie and say they "love living here".

The walls are basically nonexistent so you can hear everything happening outside and with your neighbors. The staff enter the apartment with no notice. A roommate moved in to the empty room in my apartment and I was informed by the district after she had moved in. Our washer broke and flooded our apartment and it took maintenance 16 days to get here so we just had to live in the water and use a launder mat for our clothes. The appliances break every few weeks. There are about 5 dogs living in my building and they all never stop barking. There was a loose pitbull on the property that attacked my roommates and I multiple times and the district only acted after out fifth time informing them. There's no overhead light in the living room.

I think it is normal for an apartment to need maintenance and it is difficult to run a property so huge. A few hours of waiting was fine with me. The GM was very patient and heard about our concerns and understood our situation. We settled for a reasonable solution that was satisfying to me. Reasonable request will be answered! They did notify us the change of management with a letter on the door addressed to our names. 2. Facility: 5 stars Apt fully furnished! There is enough space for study in the bedroom and big HD TV with all the channels to watch games and series with friends in the living room. The study room was great for group discussion. We made plenty of progress there. The pool is awesome and there are grills onsite. I liked the hammock and chairs too! 3. Maintenance: 5 stars very quick and satisfied my needs. They helped me clean afterwards briefly 4. Contractors: 4 stars You won't need them unless you have problems with the roof or other big issues. They didn't do the job very well. Two complaints: I did feel a bit neglected by the student workers once in a month or so. Probably they had a bad day or were just tired. My work order was closed twice when it was not complete, that bothered me.

They don't care about you or your comfort while you are there; only what will make them the quickest buck. They changed management without informing us, and their rates vary hugely. The apartments are not at all the quality they advertise, and your "hall managers" will literally never email you back, or attempt to contact you after your very first day there. I haven't lived there in over five months and I'm still paying rent because they absolutely do not care. I couldn't even buy out the apartment; I'm stuck with it under my name until the lease is up! If you are looking for an apartment--KEEP LOOKING! You will find something better, I promise.

Was given an apartment in much poorer condition than the one I was showed. Had a hole in the wall to the outside in one bathroom that led to mold and took forever to fix. The other had a leak from upstairs that soaked over half of my floor in my room and caused my apartment to smell horrible and took them several weeks to fix. Was given no compensation for the "inconvenience". Maintenance crew does poor work. Very outdated, out of wifi at a critical time of the semester which is a service I payed for and didn't receive for 2 weeks of that month. New management company is no better than the last. Do not live here.

Let me start by stating my experience here. I have lived here a total of two years. In those two years it has gone through several changes in management. In that time frame...nothing has changed. Management fails to resolve anything. Supposed to have the fastest internet in town..this is false I get on average .5 mb/s.....not even one megabit... I cant even watch a gif..none the less a youtube video in horrible quality. Don't even think about Netflix. You will miss sudden link...seriously. Nothing gets fixed. The maintenance is decent....that is if you can even get management to tell them to fix anything. They mostly just ride around on golf carts. I have been unable to get anything fixed since I moved in August 2013. Move in experience was horrible. Someone else still had their shit in my room. The only reason I am still here is I live with my friends. Yes they have a great workroom...but half the time it is broken ....even the new stuff. I know, I used it frequently. Sure the pool looks great upfront...but how often do you even use it. Even though this place sucks. They have raised rent because they fixed the landscape. You notice they have a very low rating from a decent number of people. This should reassure you of what I am saying is true. They also charge an extra 8-10$ convenience fee to pay online. Which is BS considering the cost to offer that service should average less than one dollar per person to pay for itself. So unless you like walking up to the front every time to drop a check and don't wait until the last minute, you should be fine. Overall: DO NOT LIVE HERE

The staff does not listen to their tenants. The District on Luther will make promises they cannot keep just to convince you to sign the lease. Consisting of disorganized college students, the staff consistently fails to impress. One common complaint around the District on Luther is management's recent decision to close the back gate. Tenants living in the back section of the District are now forced to go over 3-5 outrageously large speed bumps and leave an extra 5 minutes early in order to arrive at their destination on time. Students here have voiced their concerns and the staff does nothing to acknowledge any immediate improvement. Not to mention the cheap internet provided thanks to... Pavlov? Albeit not much of a better option, sudden link is the obvious ISP choice, but the District on Luther decided to take the cheap route. Also, on your first day if you for some odd reason make the poor decision of choosing this apartment complex, expect to wait in an unnecessary line at the front office for at lease an hour to receive your key. Expect the staff to behave like children and treat the new tenants as if they have no concept whatsoever of moving in. All that needs to be done is an exchange of smiles and keys. Overwhelmingly disappointing. I, including many other tenants have agreed to not release until the District makes drastic improvements.
