This is the most frustrating application process I have ever had to deal with, and for nothing. My roommate and I applied, but once my application was submitted they had raised the rent listed on their website but did not tell us this. I understand that rates are always subject to change, and I told them I was no longer interested for the time being. They then lowered their rent again, so I decided it was a good option again. I let them know I would like to continue with the application process, sent in my guarantor application, and Alyssa got back to me weeks later and told me my roommate and I would need to reapply and repay the $75 application fee. We did as we were told, and verified multiple times that she had received both applications in time, just for Alyssa to email me the following week saying that she did not have my roommates application, meaning we would not get the deal we were guaranteed. We were able to get this cleared up, but then Alyssa let my roommate and I know that our guarantor did not meet the income requirement. Mind you, she had had my guarantor app for nearly a month at this point, and chose not to inform my roommate or I that we would not be approved until we both had paid the application fee TWICE. Also, the first time I was in contact with Alyssa she informed me that my guarantor would need to make 3x the monthly rent, only to deny my application because my guarantor does not make 4x the rent. These people will try to take advantage of you, they are not at all transparent, and are extremely unprofessional all for an apartment that is not even that nice and certainly not worth this trouble. I would highly suggest you do not bother applying here.
