Worst place I've lived in a while. Had a clogged sink, dishwasher didn't work, and garbage disposal stopped working, but maintenance didn't make it out for a month. They only came out because I threatened to break my lease. Now I'm month to month and they raised my rent $100 AND charge a $500 month-to-month fee. The apartment was in bad condition on move-in as well. You can finder places in the same area that are nicer, cheaper, and have better office staff.

My friend has been trying to get in contact with this office for days now and have a phone record of it. Ive even recorded the many times this phone line went to voicemail. Ive tried to help him with this process of moving and Irene and Whomever else in the office are giving me a run around along with him. Im not sure if he wants to move here anymore. They are not professional. Irene attitude switched IMMEDIATELY over the phone after Ive tried informing her about her answering service. She over talked me along with the girl in the office with her. He has also sent them an email as well. No one has emailed him and the girl in the office states she had the wrong email for him and she has been trying to get in contact.. that is a LIE. The correct email was on the application, because an email of the receipt was sent to him. If you dont want Moving here, just say that. Because the unprofessionalism that Ive just received, I wouldnt dare. And to think I referred him over here because the complex was beautiful, THINKING it came with a sweet staff. Joke. These ppl are money hungry . Do not listen to the fake reviews!

I have lived here for the last two years, and I think Park Hudson Place is one of the best apartments in the B/CS area. All the leasing office managers and maintenance staff are super nice and decent. (pest control staff is awful. but he is not from the apartment) All the issues were taken care of immediately. Very quiet and safe. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a new home in the B/CS area.
