This place is a dump! The manager is also the useless maintenance man. They turn off the heat in March just because it's warm during the day. Then you freeze when he can't get the "ancient" boiler fan to work. The refrigerator is right next to the stove. So when you cook, you heat up the fridge and it has to run all night. The fridge was junk to begin with. Had to complain to the owner before we got screens on the windows. The maintenance guy said he didn't have any. After we complained they magically appeared. The buildings are full of druggies. The smell of marijuana is all through the buildings. There are bugs in the light fixtures and the hallway carpets are dirty and nasty. The police are there on a regular basis and you have to lock your car doors at all times. My wife and I had a guy try to get in the car when we were leaving cause he "wanted a ride". No he didn't ask. Cars being broken into were common. The washers and dryers don't work at all!! You have to go to the laundry mat. Dont live here!!! It's not at all worth it!!!

i found it hard to believe that all this could be provided for such a reasonable rent.
After moving in i found it to be quiet and any maintenance to be promptly handled. I made the right decision

I am currently living here. Although it needs some updating like new carpeting & yes there is some arguing here & there, I find it comfortable to live in. Yes I agree its not the Ritz, but its okay. I never had any problem with getting anything fixed. Rent includes heat & water is a bonus.
I think in all apartment complex there will be drama, just have to tend to your own. & thats how "I ROLL"
I would honestly rate this place 0 if possible. I had a horrible experience living here. No one watches their kids. They were constantly running around...

Manager never ever and I mean ever fixes anything the rent is never honest get told one price then its another. A METH LAB WAS HERE!!!! I understand that he wants to be nice and let anybody and everybody move in but sometimes its not a good idea to rent to a bunch of teenagers that party all the time!! DRUGS!! This place is trashy looks runned down, DON'T LIVE HERE!!!!!
