Very spacious Apartments for a subsidized downtown apartment but they cannot keep a landlord to save their life since living here I'm seen seven landlords come and go some floors have roach problems there is sometimes shootings in front of their building there have been leaks that has not been fixed and the landlords are very rude
How much is a application fee and rent if u don't have a job
