Some even moved in only to learn they had been scammed and their money was lost, and they had to move out or face immediate eviction. If the person tells you they approved you without even really screening your application, be careful.

Or Google search the address and see if you see multiple ads at different prices with different phone numbers. Do not wire funds (Walmart or Western Union) because they cannot be reversed if fraudulent. Most legit companies offer VISA or MasterCard which you can dispute.
