I am renting a brand new private room in a beautiful home in Sauganash Park, next to Peterson and Pulaski cross streets. The neighborhood is very very safe.
MONTH-TO-MONTH Lease. The room is $650 + utilities $150 for everything. There is lots of street parking, laundry, wifi, etc. in my home. Home is located near the 84 Peterson bus stop.

We are all female students/professionals and so it is very quiet here and we each keep to our own rooms so as to physically distance. Very big home, so we don't see each other even most days! We are looking for the right fit as we want to keep the atmosphere calm/quiet in the home.
