I care about the spaces I have created and high attention to was paid to details. I work hard to keep spaces clean and tenants happy. Building has great and respectful tenants. Conveniently located near main bus lines not too far to orange line EL stop at Halsted. Also, Bridgeport Coffee, Maria's Tavern and KimSki restaurant, located a few doors away.
I am looking for the right tenants to occupy this new space. Sorry, no dogs. Cats are okay.
