I moved into Edgemont in the beginning of February. While there is noise from the construction, it's slated to end shortly. Even as a night shift nurse who's getting ready for bed as the construction begins, it isn't enough to prevent me from getting sleep between back to back overnight shifts. The building staff, especially Abby and Gino, have been incredibly welcoming and accommodating. From asking questions regarding the logistics of move in, fostering pups for a local animal rescue, finding parking spaces when family visited from out of town, they've been there to make living at Edgemont easy. The pool area is scheduled to be completely renovated and open on time for Memorial Day, the Metro is a block away, and everything else from the grocery to local restaurants to hiking trails is within easy walking distance. I haven't had any issues with noise from other residents, no "mean neighbor syndrome," everyone is cordial and kind. Both my pup and I love spending time on the balcony reading and sipping coffee. Overall, I'm very thankful I chose to move into Edgemont both for the friendly folk and the proximity to literally everything.

The most reasonable rent for being in downtown Bethesda! Everyone is so nice and the construction is hardly noticed (I teach via Zoom and it has never been a problem). It has a gym, the crescent trail, and everything you could need is walkable.
