My family and I have been living in 100 K for the last 3 years. The apartment, location, the staff and amenities are wonderful but the most incredible staff would have to be Mussie from the service team. He goes out of his way to make staying at 100 K unforgettable experience. Any time we have a service request he is very quick to respond and resolves the issue.

100K Apartments is an excellent location for younger people to explore DC. The staff is phenomenal, specifically Mo. He is the kindest person and always makes sure that everything is well and always checks up on us. Overall, the people here are amazing! The community is very kind and even a bit social if you want to.

Very modern, clean, secure quiet building with pleasant team and neighbors. Great convenient location with public transit right at the door and lots of restaurants/bars and a few grocery and pharmacies options within walking distance. Lots of trendy designed indoor/outdoor lounge space for entertaining guests. LOVE IT HERE!

Great apartment! Centrally located between Union Station and NoMa, and right in front of a bus stop, youll never need to order a car service while you live here. The apartment has amazing views of the DC skyline, especially if you live on the side of the building that faces K St. the interiors of the apartments have a Great, modern design with stainless steel appliances and white cabinets. The best part of this building is the people who run it, the maintenance staff, and the leasing office staff, and the front desk staff. All a very friendly bunch who make you feel right at home. The maintenance staff, the leasing office staff know the residents by name, and are quick to address any issue that may arise in your time living here. Mo specifically knows me by name and if I see him in the hallway or as Im leaving for work, I can mention some thing about a ticket that I put in and he will definitely make sure it is taken care of. The front desk staff always welcomes me home and are great at helping out if you get a rather large package delivered. Great amenities in the building, with an awesome gym and a few cool study rooms. The roof is the best one to take advantage of during the warmer seasons. I have loved living here so far and hope to renew my lease if my rent stays at a reasonable price.
