The new manager has helped cut down some issues with litter and trash fast. She was great with my sister at her renewal and explained her rent line by line. Shes staying another yr because these are gorgeous homes and hopefully the manager can get the trees replaced to make the outsode pretty too . My only complaint is it took forever to get the washer hooked up because of a cap. Make sure its removed or tell other tenants so they dont struggle.
Beautiful apartments, cant really complain about the looks but theres no water hose hookups so backyards stay dirty/ smelly . Parking is TERRIBLE most...

The property and homes seem very nice but it appears nobody actually works on the grounds during normal business hours. Last week we went by the main office numerous times but nobody was ever there, no matter if we came by during the morning, early afternoon or late afternoon the door was always locked and no cars in the front parking lot. When we spoke with a current tenet they advised the property manager is not on site often. Once we did speak with someone in the office she advised they are pushing her since they have another property open soon and she is very busy and I should come back another time. Such a shame, its hard to find a decent property on that side of town.

This place is absolutely awsome, yes there is construction going on but I could not be happier. It is quiet, they actually care about there homes, they truly try to make everyone feel at home and go above and beyond to do so. If your looking for a new home this is the place to be. I am retired military and have rented from places in several states including this state. Never have I found a more professional and owners that make sure these homes are taken care of. If I could give 10 stars they would get 11.
