Weve been here about 6 months and honestly it is probably one of the best places weve lived! The maintenance workers are so quick and efficient, I submit a work order and theyre coming to check a day or two later, always making sure were satisfied with everything. The leasing office is beautiful and everyone is so sweet. Plus the random chik-fil-a breakfast sandwiches certainly dont hurt.

Have been living here for about 4 months so far and it's been a great living experience! I cannot say enough about the staff in the leasing office,they're great! Kris has been so helpful & shes made my roommate and I's move a breeze! Always there to answer any questions and very personable! Very pleased with our decision to live here! It's close to just about everything, (gas station,starbucks,food,hospital,ect) the pool and amenities are another great reason we chose this place and cant beat the price for what you get!

I have been trying to contact the property at the number listed on their website and on google and it goes to a fax machine.Also when I dial #1 to transfer to leasing someone picked up did not say a greeting or anything ,and hung up....It amazes me how people think this is high end living, but have idiots running it.

Would not recommend to anyone. We had constant issues with the upstairs neighbors being loud or letting their dog pee on to our balcony....

I love my apartment, but Ive got loud upstairs neighbors who let their dog bark all morning long all the time, right above my bedroom and always sound like theyre bowling or something up there. Ive complained to management but clearly that didnt do anything at all seeing as it still hasnt stopped. I even have recordings of the dog barking and their loud noise and still nothing has been done. Normally I wouldnt complain this much, but my husband and I are expecting a baby at the end of March/beginning of April and the upstairs people are way too loud for me to be happy about starting a family here

I give Maintence a 5 Star because of how quickly they came and fixed my fridge. It had stopped working, so they went and brought me a brand new one in a matter of 20 mins. I had water spilled from the old fridge and they even were going to clean it up!

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Breaking my lease early to live somewhere that is peaceful and I can call home. Have had the ceiling "rain" 2x, second time they still haven't fixed the ceiling and it's peeling in the bathroom, had the garage inoperable several times then when they "fixed" it they left the garage open. Have had non stop issues with a loud upstairs neighbor and the managements best help was keep making complaints until they get enough noise violations to be evicted. Also had my motorcycle stolen from my parking spot to top it all off. So happy to pay over $1k to break the lease and live peacefully.

There have been many changes made lately that have really impacted our experience living here. It's really becoming too "corporate". Parking is as terrible as they say. There are illegally parked cars taking up spaces too & management won't address it. People have had to resort to parking on curbs and landscaping, which they say "isn't allowed" but of course not enforced & it's unsightly. Lots of loud college kids, courtesy officer rarely responds to noise complaints. The complex eliminated the recycling program and got rid of the blue bins by the dumpster & now the area is always filled with trash. The office used to hold packages but they have since put in an automated package receiving system in a garage which is convenient but the apartment manager is so rude about it. A USPS slip was mistakenly left at our door so my husband took it down to the office so the postal worker would be made aware & before he could get a word out she cut him off & said, "we don't accept packages here". Also have had issues with neighbors stealing packages from in front of our door and some units reek of marijuana but management hasn't done anything to address the potential drug activity. There was a clown scare incident reported on the property in October 2016 and nothing was done. When the hurricane came through in 2016 there were fliers handed out that basically said "you're on your own" when it came to boarding up windows & evacuation. The office used to be open 7 days a week but they are now closed on Sundays, so prospective residents are now SOL if they want to look at units on the weekends. There are several amenities like public grills but now that the office is closed on Sundays (and since the MOST people use them on the weekends) there is no maintenance staff to change out the tanks. The maintenance staff works really hard to keep up with people's requests but there are not enough of them so sometimes you're left hanging all day without so much as a phone call while you're waiting for someone to show up. The company Wrenn group spends lots of money on appearances, ex. community events, keeping up the landscaping and painting stuff but if they invested in hiring more staff, taking care of their tenants instead of treating them as commodities and addressing community safety concerns their rating wouldn't be so low right now. When we moved in over a year ago their rating on google was almost 5 stars. On top of that they just increased their unit prices & when the manager was asked about it she just shrugged it off. We're now paying $1000/month for a one bedroom unit in North Charleston. Someone came out to service our internet who said he's renting a 3 bedroom HOUSE for $1,100/ a month about 14 miles away. We decided on this place when the rent was $850 mostly due to the location. My husband is military & we needed a place close to the base. It's just not worth it anymore. Go somewhere else!

There was a mistake made and our apartment wasn't ready on time, so they upgraded us to a larger better place for the same price as the original place we were planning to rent. They've always been really nice to us, and handle issues very quickly. The rent is amazing, for all of the stuff included in it. Take a look around the complex there is always something to do! We are a military couple and got stationed in NY last minute and they were very understanding and accommodating. As long as you turn in your plan to vacate form a month before you leave and give them orders when you can, you are good to go. Highly recommend, especially to military families.
