The apartment is located in Back Bay on the beautiful Gainsborough Street. Within walking distance you have Starbucks, Whole Foods, Panera, Five Guys(and many other restaurants), New England Conservatory, Berklee, Northeastern University, YMCA, Newbury Street.
Female only.(My roommate is a woman in her early 20s who will be staying in the apartment this summer)
My room will be available from 5/20 until the end of August (dates flexible), you can even stay until 9/1 if your move-in date is 9/1.
