I am subletting 1 bedroom in a 4bed/2bath apartment. NO BROKER FEES! January rent is already paid for, so if you’re interested in moving in earlier that is also an option! The monthly rent does cover utilities as well :)
This apartment is in a safe area, and is walking distance from the orange line (Ruggles) and the green line (Northeastern U) as long with many different places to eat, bars, and grocery stores. I currently share this spacious apartment with 3 other young women, 2 are seniors at northeastern and one freshly graduated young professional!
You will have an amazing view of the city and Boston’s sunsets from the 8th floor and this apartment building also has a full gym, laundry room, and an area to study!
