The living room sliding glass doors open up to the deck that is the perfect place to see the bright stars or have a misty morning view out into the valley with a cup of coffee.
The additional large 200+ sq ft loft above is currently set up as a bunk room that is set up with 4 twin beds, but you could create what ever kind of space you would like out of of this well lit clean bonus room.
The basement contains a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The house is well insulated and just has a real cozy feeling. I feel blessed to own and share this sacred retreat spot, always looking out at the ever changing show of clouds and light dancing across the landscape.
I will offer this cabin for rent as short as a few months or as long as a full year contract with extension if wanted.
The house is fully furnished but, if you want to move some of your own furniture in, I can make room.
I can only rent it to an individual or couple of non smokers who will really take care of it.
The driveway necessitates 4 or all wheel drive. The property joins Hwy 194 on the lower end of the farm and has a mature hardwood forest on the upper side near the big mountain spring.
