The kitchen features plenty of wooden cabinets and shelves, as well as a large double basin sink. There is a sliding glass door off of the living area, which opens up to the massive wrap around deck. Enjoy the Boone weather and relax year round, as this deck is partially covered!

Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant with water, septic, and lawncare included in the monthly rent. Heat source is central heat and AC. This home is pet friendly, so bring your furry friend along! There is a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent per approved pet. Age and breed restrictions apply.
