All our applications are done online through our company website. Be sure to pay the $40 application fee when applying. Each person planning to live here that is over the age of 18 MUST submit an application for approval.
REQUIREMENTS TO RENT:
1. Minimum household gross income of 2.8x the monthly rent.
2. A good credit score and clean history (625 minimum).
3. Proof of income to be able to rent. Income can include assistance such as food stamps, child support - call for clarification if necessary.
4. A Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).
5. Valid, current, government issued Photo ID.
6. You must obtain or currently have and be willing to transfer renter's insurance.
$40 Application fee is NOT refundable.
Units are rented to the best qualified applicant when assessed using the requirements to rent. Conditional approval may be possible for people that do not meet all requirements. Applicants that do not meet all requirements will be subordinate to fully qualified applicants.

Dawn showed us around and saw a great apartment with a view of the golf course. Clean pool and spa. It's a nice place. There were people using two huge BBQs that looked like they are natural gas. Smelled so good! Hope we get this place, it's warm and homey

I was so relieved when I found the Vista Bonita Apartments. I had read the reviews and it was such a great feeling when I discovered that everything I had read was true.Dawn is 1 of a kind and I was very impressed by her customer service attitude. I also got to see the manager/maintenance relationship at work during my time there and it is comforting to know that as a resident I will be taken care of well.

Living at Vista Bonita Apartments has been a great positive experience. The management team is fantastic, Dawn the manager of Vista Bonita is attentive and a pleasure to work with. Jensen Properties continually demonstrates on how they value their tenants. They have remodeled the units, redone the pool area, and have added a Jacuzzi. The area is very tranquil and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend checking out Jensen Properties/ Vista Bonita to anyone.

I'm going on a little over a month of living here. The views from the balconies are beautiful. Location is spot on. You can walk out your door & take a bus if need be. Take a walk on the beautiful golf course , that's directly behind us. Walk to shopping, everything you need is right here. Dawn (The Manager) has walked me through every step. What I figured out in my short period of time being here, is that Dawn is immediately there for us (The Tenants) no matter how big or small the issue or concern is. Very helpful manager.

We have lived at this location for almost a year. The location is great because there are restaurants, grocery store, drug store and other types of stores right across the street. The Bonita library is next store. The amenities are also great as there is a pool, community gas BBQ grills, laundry and Jacuzzi being installed now. The complex is quiet, and has a walking trail and golf course directly behind the property. All maintenance requests handled in a very timely manager. The Property Manager, Dawn, is exceptional. She is very friendly and takes great care of the property.

Dawn, our Complex manager, is outstanding! When I first met her, I knew that this apartment complex was and is great! She does a wonderful job and is always there for us. The maintenance department is outstanding. They were very prompt at fixing the few various things in our unit.

This complex is amazing! Right next to the golf course and amenities that are great! They redid the pool and put in an outdoor BBQ area and now are putting in a spa! Like other reviewers have said the walking/running trail is right there with everything you need within walking distance. Dawn the Manager there is awesome! Really takes pride in this complex. You would be lucky to live here!
