Tenant must protect floors with furniture pads and rugs. Cabinets should only be cleaned with mild cleaning solution and water. Sprinkler system on patio should not be disturbed except by landscapers/owner.

PARKING FAQ:
- In addition to the 2-car tandem parking spot in the garage, up to four annual zoned street parking passes (can include visitor permit placards) for the street level are available for purchase through the city of San Diego website. Additionally, a guest parking space in the garage is reserved for guests for up to 3 days. Residents may not park in this space at any time. Violators will be towed away without notice and at owner's expense.
- There is also a building driveway on Arbor drive; parking is limited to two hours, except on Thursdays when parking is completely prohibited between the hours of 6:00am to 3:00 pm to accommodate waste pickup. Parking here all night is not allowed. Violators will be towed away without notice and at owner's expense.
