Do you know your credit score? We require 650 or above. You can get your score for free at creditkarma or you may already get it from your credit card or bank. We might consider a 640 or 630 score if you have no recent credit problems, and if you have more than our minimum income and can pay two months' rent plus the security deposit.
We require a gross income of $3,450 per month (between all adults),
We require a current pay stub and W-2 from last year to confirm your income and work history.

This is a two bedroom apartment for a maximum of four people. This is a second floor apartment, so you will need to be able to climb one set of stairs.
After you confirm that you meet those requirements, we will do a full screening that also includes eviction and criminal history.
We want people that are way done with their party years. Noise late at night or crazy noise at any time that disturbs your neighbors will not be tolerated. If our other residents are complaining or police have to be called, the people causing that drama will have a warning and then will have to move. We want adults who understand that.
All adults 18 and over living in the apartment now or in the future need to be screened. No adults move into the building without being screened and approved by us.
We consider all non-wage sources of income that may include federal state or local rental assistance programs including section 8 housing choice vouchers and TRA temporary rental assistance, alimony, rapid rehousing, or other homelessness assistance. Veterans benefits, social security, or other retirement programs.
The building is located on Vermont Street (which is 131st Street if coming from the West from Kedzie) at Sheridan Avenue. This is three blocks east of Kedzie, and one block west of Francisco Avenue in SW Blue Island 60406
