Our ideal tenant(s) earns 3 times the monthly rent; has no history of evictions within the last 5 years, a good credit history and has not been convicted of certain felonies.
Our application fee is $50 per adult and is non-refundable. Anyone 18 years or older living in the home full-time must submit a separate application. Pets are welcome with a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet and an additional monthly fee per pet. Breed restrictions do apply.
