I gave them 5 stars because I really love living here! I've been here since the end of December and they have really cleaned up this place! I have a third floor apt that's very private with a great balcony I can step out on and see everything! Newly painted and very clean. I just love it!
Chrissy is absolutely wonderful! She treats us with respect as tenants and is always available when we need her! I can't say enough about this place!
It was an easy application process and I got to move in fairly quickly as that was my need. I got a job right across the street and my life has gotten so much better since I moved here!
I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a nice place to live. Thank you so much for everything Williams pointe! I am so very happy to be here!

I have been a resident since July 2021 and since I have been here maintenance has been on top of my issues that I have had and Krissy the manager she's amazing.krissy helps anyway that she can if u are struggling and works things out with you as long as u are up front n honest with her and she does go way beyond. This place has really changed for the best and Krissy has made a big improvement n are making this a better place that u can call home and me I can say this is my home now. Thanks Krissy and maintenance for having us here and making a difference.

As a current Resident of Williams Pointe, I can honestly say that the new owners are continuing to make noticeable and much needed improvements. The apartments are beautifully upgraded and completely bug free. Maintenance is great and on point. Krissy, the Property Manager is simply outstanding. I can finally say this is a decent place to live and I no longer want to move.
The management team and maintenance staff are both outstanding. Professional and timely. I know the manager, Krissy, very well and can vouch for her knowledge of property management.
