It is now under new management and the people I have brought here love it. I suggest touring the property and actually talking with the people who live there before deciding. Notice too that most of the reviews are from a while back and while I don't doubt these people had their described experience, it doesn't mean you will have the same. The manager is great!

Its true about the roaches. The parking lot seems to be a shopping mall for theives. Nightly people break into cars. Kayaks are stolen right off the roof of cars, tailgates, tools. Drinking starts at 9:00 am and continues until 2-3 am. People pound on dors for 30 min. at a time trying to get their fix. Drugs have been displayed and groping has occured. This place needs a weed and seed.
