THIS PLACE IS ABSURD!!!!! For 2 months Ive been trying to get in contact with management!! 2 months!!!! Their phone numbers are not working, there is no email listed that can possibly be contacted and there is no manager on site at the office My rent went up $250, vs my neighbors rent went up only $80 and the dates we moved in here are a week apart. The apartments have hardcore pest control issues, been trying to contact to get someone to get rid of ants-no response! Tried to submit to clean out the air filters that shouldve been changed when I moved in here almost a year ago for several months, because THEY'RE FULLY COVERED IN MOLD- no one cares. Several maintenance people came to look at it and said it will be changed in a matter of a week- and no one ever did anything!!!! Pool is not working!! Do not move in here

I have lived here for about a month. I was pretty skeptical after reading past reviews, but the price was really good for the area and sq footage (in this market). First off, there was an issue with a couple things from the remodel not being done by our move-in date. However, management gave us a credit for rent right away for the inconvenience and it was finished the next day by the afternoon. When we did the inventory form for move-in we noticed a few things like outlets not working and the oven hood not working plus a few random things here and there. The maintenance guys Jose and Satana came by to fix it within 48 hours. They even fixed extra things I forgot to mention. I also submitted a work order yesterday (a Sunday) and maintenance came by the next morning (Monday). I was pleasantly surprised they came by so fast both times. I spoke with maintenance and they said they recently became the maintenance company for the property within the past 4~ months or so, so it seems like the other issues with work orders might be from before their time. Aside from that, I will say we had a hard time reaching anyone in office by email or phone (sometimes took 24-72 hours to hear back), but when we used the text form on the site they responded pretty quickly (same day). In terms of the aesthetic of the unit and the ~vibe~, it probably depends on what model you chose and which building. We got a premium (renovated) unit and its very pretty. Outs has carpet upstairs, new vinyl floors downstairs, new appliances, new cabinets (white), and faux granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. I personally think getting the upgraded one is worth it because the older ones picture on the site wouldnt match any of my decor. As for our building, ours and the surrounding ones are very quiet. The only noise I really hear is the trash pick up and sometimes people driving by playing music in their cars. I like how it feels like its own little neighborhood. I think its very cute! I havent had any problems with packages getting delivered to my door or Uber finding the unit because every building has its own address. I also feel very safe here. There is a fire station across the street if anything ever happened. Ps: I added some photos of an empty renovated unit because they dont have any on their site :)

The backyard floods and they knew this and notified me after I got my keys, the safety of the place is questionable, so many issue that maintenance cant get to, pest issues, just DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!! Unless you want to live in a place that breaks down and is not up to par for the money you spend.
