If you want to be safe DON'T MOVE here!! (I wish there was the non-star option). We just had to break the lease and move to another apartments after 6 months living over here. We had the worst experience in those apartments. - Our bike got stolen. It was locked to the fence 3 feet away of our house door in the second floor. - Crazy and creepy neighbors. There was one stalking me and waiting for me before and after I come back from work. I saw him naked and he would get out if his apartment everytime he heard me. - Old utilities and the maintenance would never fix it correctly. - Cockraches all the time. Every week we would go to the office and complain. They would come spray and next week we will still have cockraches. We had the 6 months we were there. - The common areas were discussing, there was trash everywhere. We still complained and they said they were trying to keep them clean. Well, that never happened. Once I slipped because of the trash and fell down on the stairs... They PAY people for the good reviews. It is not a safe place to live! We tried to manage the situation and went to the office a lot of times explaining that we wanted to leave since I had neighbor that was stalking me. Under the Texas law in the lease if you have someone stalking you, you can break the lease and leave without penalty. Even though we were three months telling them the issue, they would still make us pay to leave. THEY JUST CARE ABOUT THE MONEY and not the safety of the residents. For your own safety, don't make the same mistake as we did... Check out other apartments that are way better. Now we are extremely happy in our new one for the same price :D

I moved to these apartments a couple months ago and I dont have any complaints. Nicely renovated and affordable, plus you are super close to downtown. The staff are awesome and they host community events frequently. I would recommend checking this place out.

Rag tag team of people working here always new management and every manager that comes in has to prove something buy being big headed and a mind set of my way or the highway. If they don't like what ur doing they will make up a rule, I was literally told about my patio furniture being to big and I asked if there were guidelines the manager said quote "no but I can make some". On top of that management just walks in to my apartment with no notice a d then tells me thats ok and tries to be rude with me when the whole reason for the inspection is based of a complaint we made. On the other hand it's ok for the office to leave appliances outside in the hallway for weeks at a time. This is the current manager don't move here unless your stuck or desperate.

I have been living here for a few months and I have no complaints. You are living 6min away from Downtown Austin, next to the South Shore district and a few minutes away from ladybird lake hike and bike trail. You are paying way less than your neighbors on the other side of east riverside to get a comfortable and clean newly remodeled apartment. I had one issue when I first moved in, and it was addressed immediately. the team could not be more responsive. I came from living Downtown to cutting my rent in half and have nothing to complain about it!

I just resigned with this place for another year! This was my first apartment when I moved to Austin and I absolutely love it! The 2 bedrooms are very spacious and the upgrades they did are Great! Maintenance is amazing and always consistent. They have really done a great job decreasing the crime and patrolling the area more! I cannot say enough great things about this complex!

Loud construction on a daily basis. Water would be shut off biweekly without notice. Office staff was helpful at the minimum level. Washing machines...

Loud construction on a daily basis. Water would be shut off biweekly without notice. Office staff was helpful at the minimum level. Washing machines broken regularly and laundry room infested with cockroaches. Also cockroaches in our apartment often times it would take weeks to have the exterminator show up. Parking lot constantly filled with loud and often drunk people. Just sketchy at night often homeless and drug users wandering on property with "No Security" presence at all. There are plenty of better places in Austin shop around!

This place is gross. There are constant ant infestations. They used to turn the water off frequently without giving any notice. Now they give some notice but they still turn it off more often than any other place I've ever lived. I've had a package stolen off my porch and one opened up and stolen from either inside the office or by the mailman. There's a busted up stolen vehicle parked on the curb in the parking lot that has been there for many months, and no one seems to care. I do not feel safe here. If I had it to do over I definitely would not move in here again.

They cut the water off without notice -- This is illegal. They're supposed to provide 24 hour notice. However they claim its an "emergency"...

They cut the water off without notice -- This is illegal. They're supposed to provide 24 hour notice. However they claim its an "emergency" which lets them cut it off without warning -- What a coincidence! They're doing a bunch of renovations and construction, which is the real reason they cut it off. Prices are high: from $800 to $1400 now that they were purchased. (Apartments traded hands about 5 times in 5 years) Car has been broken into twice here. Lots of crime and homeless people right outside. Drug dealers make deliveries here-- and honk their horns loudly when doing so. They've barely done any renovations. I wouldn't move here, not for the high price they charge.

don't really do these but I appreciate that one. Although I can't afford the place I enjoyed my tour because I was able to relate with the young girl (sorry don't remember your name) if I get a grant from ucr I'll be coming back
