Hello! I am in final stages of closing for my new condo and am looking for someone interested in a short sublease for my 1/1 apartment in downtown. These apartments are near 5th and Pressler just down the street from the Whole Foods on Lamar and in walking distance from the bars on W. 6th and so many cool spots to eat and drink. Also close access to the bike trails and Town Lake.

I am looking for someone to take over the lease starting December 1 until the lease end on March 12. No deposit required just a $99 application fee. Rent is $1781 per month plus water, sewage, and trash. I have attached a floor plan from the apartment website. There is a parking garage for your car it’s free to park inside the garage. I also have pool view! pet friendly community for those with fur babies.

Amenities include: washer/dryer in unit, digital Nest thermostat, stainless steel appliances, flooring throughout (except carpet in bedroom), excellent and friendly neighbors and maintenance staff, gym, resident lounge.
